IMPACT2020 Distortion

A distinct distortion voice in a compact pedal.

IMPACT2020 Distortion is a separate stompbox in the SSAUDIO range, with its own black-and-yellow enclosure and four-knob control layout. Its compact format gives you direct access to distortion tone shaping and an on/off footswitch, making it a focused choice for a dedicated distortion position on your board.

What makes IMPACT2020 Distortion different

A dedicated place for distortion

Give distortion its own position in your signal chain and adjust it in the context of the other pedals you use. Listen to chords and single-note lines as you shape the sound so the setting suits the parts you actually play.

Tone shaping within reach

The front panel includes H, M and L tone controls alongside the VOL/DIST control marking. These bring the main adjustments together at the top of the pedal, so you can compare changes while keeping the rest of your setup consistent.

A model with its own identity

IMPACT2020 uses its own enclosure, artwork and control arrangement. It is a distinct product from the larger IMPACT distortion/boost pedal; choose it for its compact single-switch layout rather than assuming the two models share the same controls.

Make it part of your setup

Place the pedal in the distortion position of your signal chain and connect a supply that matches the unit markings.
Begin with a conservative level and adjust the controls while playing through your usual amplifier.
Compare the active and bypassed sounds, then fine-tune the tone controls for your chosen part.
